Get Your Commission Early – Curtis Homes will pay agents commission on new homes when the foundation is poured! No more waiting until final settlement! You’ve done your job by selling your client a custom Curtis Homes new home, and we want to reward you. Ask any Curtis Homes sales agent for a registration form and more details.

Showing Rewards – For every three (unique) showings of a Curtis Homes new home, we’ll give you a $25 gift card! The more showings you bring us, the more we’ll give you! This is our way of saying “thank you” for being a loyal agent to Curtis Homes.

Curtis Building Company sells the majority of their homes through real estate agents. We find that the agents in our region are highly qualified to help our customers make the best decisions. We co-op at 3% with all agents, and our sales agents welcome buyer agent participation.
