• Just In Time Phase I — Pre-Contract Stage
Begin the process before you sign a contract. Curtis is built on personal relationships and that’s what this first phase is about. Here, you meet your builder to understand the construction process, select your homesite, review floor plans and visit Curtis’ exclusive Interior Design Studio to help you see the thousands of possibilities—all without commitment or cost.

• Just In Time Phase II — Contract Stage
Our professional designer will be ready to assist
in finalizing all your selections, options and custom designs at our full service Interior Design Studio. Then your choices are drafted into a ratified contract that will include all selections
and details of construction.

• Just In Time Phase III— Building Through Settlement Stage
The critical building and quality control stage includes inspections and a schedule to keep you in control every step of the way. From dry wall to final settlement and beyond, we make sure your new home is built to your satisfaction.
